Our Process
Principle Building brings over 20 years’ experience in building and renovating, we work alongside design and interior specialists to produce the client’s visions, turning them into reality. We understand the importance of creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional, and work to achieve the vision for our client without unnecessarily huge costs and within a timely manner.
The initial meeting with our clients normally takes place at the project location, where we go through the clients’ ideas and plans, gaining a sense of what it is the client is wanting to achieve, the best solutions for your home, your budget and your peace of mind.
We are happy to assist in planning, this can be the most important part of any build or renovation. Once this step is complete, and we have a set of plans to work to, we complete an itemised quote for you, letting you know the total cost of the project. We are always happy to communicate options for reducing costs and work alongside our clients in regards to their budget.
Prior to the build or renovation beginning, we provide an estimated timeline of works and detailed scheduling
During the build itself, we like to schedule a weekly Meeting with the plans for the week, ensuring you are kept up to date at all times, alongside regular phone and email communication.
Upon completion of the project Principle will meet with the clients to complete a thorough handover of the project, providing all warranties and necessary certificates on the day!
Principle Building remains in contact with all our clients, often returning for new projects down the track!
